How shipping works
Oven → freezer → your door.
Build your box
Pick any mix of flavors. Shipped orders start at $18 so your box travels snug and safe. Checkout takes under a minute.
We bake & pack
Cookies are baked in small batches, then flash-frozen at peak freshness and carefully wrapped for the journey. Shipping orders go out the following Tuesday.
Enjoy—or gift
Warm 8–10 minutes at 350°F for fresh-from-the-oven magic. Sending a gift? Add a note before checkout and we'll tuck it in.
One small note: Every box leaves our kitchen carefully packed and sealed. Once it is with the postal carrier, we cannot take responsibility for packages lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit. Double-check your address at checkout. If anything goes sideways, your tracking number and the carrier are the fastest path to answers—and we are always happy to help point you in the right direction.
The fine print
Ordering & shipping policies.
Shipping day
Shipping orders are sent out the following Tuesday. We email tracking when your order ships.
Pickup & delivery hours
Local pickup is available Thursday–Saturday from 12–5 PM. Local delivery is available Thursday–Saturday after 5 PM.
Rates & minimum
Nationwide shipping is $12 flat. Local delivery is free within 5 miles, $5 for 5.1–10 miles, and $10 for 10.1–15 miles. Shipping and delivery orders start at $18 before fees.
Local cash option
Pickup and local-delivery customers may pay the remaining balance in cash. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is paid online to secure the order, and the other 50% is due in cash at pickup or delivery. Shipped orders must be paid in full online.
Sweet List offer
The welcome code takes 5% off the treat subtotal on a first online order. Delivery and shipping fees are excluded, the $18 minimum is checked before the discount, and offers cannot be combined.
Your address
Square collects your shipping or delivery address at checkout. Delivery mileage is measured from the business address saved in Square and verified before fulfillment.
Once it ships
Packages are in the carrier's hands after pickup. For lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages, use your tracking number to contact the carrier. We are happy to help point you in the right direction.
Perishable goods
Because everything is fresh-baked food, all sales are final—no returns or refunds. Freeze or enjoy your treats promptly, and refrigerate any icing on arrival.
